TRADITIONAL
We use a few different methods! The main way we clean your windows is our traditional method. A simple squeegee and hand mop does an immaculate job in the hands of a trained professional! We prefer this method on our dirtier windows that haven’t been cleaned in a while, interior work, and places where it is preferred the floor not get wet!
WATER FED POLE
The second method we use is our Water Fed Pole system. This method uses a deionization tank that filters the water down to zero PPM (parts per million). The water is ran through a 3 stage filtration system that’s on the tank. We check these filters regularly to ensure your windows are getting the purest water! This allows us to clean dirty windows without having to dry them since the filtered water will be able to evaporate without leaving behind any sediment or particles that were previously in the water pre-filters! We prefer this method on windows that are regularly maintained or bigger projects with a lot of windows!

We understand chemicals can be a concern for many people. Whether that’s for health reasons or to protect your beautiful gardens! So the only cleaning product we use is a simple dish detergent. Most people are familiar with Dawn dish soap. It is all we need to get your windows looking pristine!
Our water fed pole system uses no chemicals at all so this is our preferred method to use on properties that have lots of gardens and vegetation.
If the windows have hard water marks or lime/sediment build up, then we do use a stronger product, but not without your permission first!

We always strive to price our projects as fairly as possible! This is why we estimate on a per home basis! Every house is different. One home may come with added obstacles that another similar house may not come with.
For example: 2 houses with the same amount of windows.
The first house is simple, easy access to every window, very little if any ladder work is required, regularly maintained, and no furniture was needed to be moved! Very quick and easy job!
The secondhouse, although the same amount of windows, a lot of them are difficult to access. Whether that’s because of large and heavy furniture we need to move, large and or prickly bushes we have to maneuver, and or tall and hard to reach windows. Lastly, these windows have not been professionally washed in over 2+ years. This may add a layer of complexity that would require additional time for us to ensure we deliver a spotless job!
No matter how big or complex the project is, we will always deliver on our DMND standard!

We have found that our average customer gets their windows washed approximately every 6 months here in Texas! Once around spring time and once around fall. Texas is never short of crazy weather, new construction and our furry friend’s nose prints! This frequency also allows us to prolong the natural deterioration of your windows allowing for longer lasting windows. We are also able to regularly check the condition of your windows. We alert customers if we see any signs of broken seals (early or super developed), any cracked or damaged windows, and other issue that may concern you as a homeowner.
It’s always cheaper to reseal a window than it is to replace it! A lot of times, the dirt build up helps mask or hide these issues that we uncover after we wash them!
